An alias is just an alternative name that you assign to an existing mailbox, but not a full, independent mailbox. All emails sent to the alias will be received in the main mailbox.
Please follow the steps below to configure aliases for your mailbox:
1. In your account go to PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
2. In the list of domains, click on the "View" icon to the right of the concerned domain and then on MANAGE to the right of the concerned mailbox.
3. In the section "Mailbox aliases", click on the link "Add a new alias".
4. Enter the name of the alias and click on the button ADD.
+ To delete the alias you just need to click on the delete icon next to it.
