To avoid that your emails are flagged as spam, you need to ensure that the following SPF value is configured as both TXT and SPF records:
Host or subdomain: @
Text or Sender Policy Rule: v=spf1 a mx -all
If the domain is using our name servers, you can verify them in the DNS zone of the
domain in your account: domain names > active > click on manage on the right of the domain > click on manage zone.
If the MX and/or the TXT and SPF records are not yet configured there, you need to set them. In the DNS zone of the domain click on "Add DNS record", select MX, and then TXT and SPF.
If the domain uses name servers of a different operator, you need to contact them to configure these DNS records on your domain.
