IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have paid mailboxes, you need to have a valid payment method stored as default in your account (under ID**** > PAYMENT SETTINGS > SAVED PAYMENT METHODS); otherwise, automatic renewals for the mailboxes will not be processed.
Please follow these steps to change the renewal method to auto-renew:
- In your account go to PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
- In the list of domains, click on the "View" icon to the right of the concerned domain and then on MANAGE to the right of the concerned mailbox.
- Change the "Mailbox auto-renew" option from "off" to monthly, quarterly, biannually, annually, or every two years.
