Your best option is to set the mailbox to auto-renewal mode. This way, the mailboxes are automatically renewed by our system without your intervention. This is the most hassle-free way to manage your mailbox renewals.
IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have paid mailboxes, you need to have a valid payment method stored as default in your account (under ID**** > PAYMENT SETTINGS > SAVED PAYMENT METHODS); otherwise, automatic renewals for the mailboxes will not be processed.
Please follow these steps to change the renewal method to auto-renew:
1. In your account go to PRODUCTS > EMAIL
2. In the list of domains, click on the "View" icon to the right of the concerned domain and then on MANAGE to the right of the concerned mailbox.
3. Change the "Mailbox auto-renew" option from "off" to monthly, quarterly, biannually, annually, or every two years.
