If you would like to remove your credit card information from your EuroDNS account, you should be aware that if you have set your domain(s) to auto-renew mode, we will not be able to renew them if there are no funds in your EuroDNS prepaid account or a credit card set for default payment.
To remove the credit card information, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your EuroDNS account and click on account icon (ID number) >PAYMENT SETTINGS > SAVED PAYMENT METHODS
- Make sure the card is not selected as Default Payment Method (un-select it if so). Click on the Trash icon (below of your credit card) to remove the concerned Credit Card.
