We strongly recommend that you set your domains to auto-renew mode, this will avoid possible issues or additional charges.
In order to set a domain to auto-renew mode, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account and click on DOMAIN NAMES.
- Select the domain name.
- Select the option: Auto-Renew under the Action menu at the foot of the page.
- Select the option Selected domains in the Range menu at the foot of the page.
- Click on the START button.
IMPORTANT:
You can set a domain in auto-renewal mode seven days (at the latest) before the Renew Before date.
Please ensure that your credit account has enough funds to cover the auto-renewals or that the credit card saved in your account is current and set as default.
