How do I request a refund?

​If you would like to request a refund, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into your EuroDNS account
  2. Under the Control Panel dropdown menu, select Refund Request
  3. Click the Request a Refund button and select your option, Partial or Complete Refund, then click Select Refund Method
  4. Enter the refund amount and click Confirm Refund Request​


  • Regrettably, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, there are administrative fees. 
  • You will receive your refund within 30 days of your request being sent, but do not hesitate to contact if you are concerned.
