I don't see my domain in my account anymore

It might be that your domain name has not been renewed in due time and therefore it has been put in quarantine or in redemption. Click here to check the reactivation process. 

If your domain name has not expired then it might be that you own more than one account with EuroDNS. If you don't remember the login credentials of your account, please follow the instructions below. 
  1. Go to www.eurodns.com and click on MY ACCOUNT.
  2. Under the Account Login click on LOST PASSWORD.
  3. Select the following: Domain or Login and enter it in your EuroDNS account.
  4. Select I am not a robot.
  5. Click on SUBMIT.

An email will be sent to you including a link. Please click on the link to confirm and a second email will be sent to you including your login and your password.
