AAAA records are used to point your domain to an IPv6 address.

Please proceed as described below to add an AAAA-record:

  1. In your EuroDNS account go to DOMAIN NAMES > ACTIVE.
  2. Move the cursor over the concerned domain and click on Manage on the right.
  3. In the Name Servers section, click on Manage Zone.
  4. Select AAAA (IPv6 Address) in the dropdown menu: Add DNS Record.
  5. In the Host field enter the host or sub domain name.
  6. In the IP Address v6 field enter the IP address v6.
  7. Confirm and click on Save Changes.

Important: This option is only available if the domain is using EuroDNS name servers (default name servers: ns1.eurodns.com / ns2.eurodns.com / ... or Professional DNS name servers: ns1.prodns.net / ns2.prodns.net / ....).

Note: The new records usually take effect within 24 hours.
