The billing information on the invoice is wrong, what can I do?

Please be advised that all our invoices are issued using the invoice profile information you have selected during your order. If you would like to have another billing address on your invoice, please create a new invoice profile. Please follow the instructions below to update your account information:

1. Log in to your EuroDNS account and go to the account icon (ID number)>click on PAYMENT SETTINGS.
2 .Click on INVOICE PROFILES.
3. Click on +ADD INVOICE PROFILE.
4. Fill in the invoice profile form. Click on SAVE PROFILE.

As soon as you have created or updated your invoice profile, please send your request from your EuroDNS account including the invoice profile name. This ensures that for security and confidentiality reasons we will be able to identify you.  Please follow the procedure below to make your request: 

1. Log in to your EuroDNS account (click on MY ACCOUNT and enter your username and password).
2. Click on settings icon (on the top right), then on CONTACT US.
3. Fill in the contact form.
4. Select I am not a robot.
5. Click on SUBMIT YOUR QUESTION.

Please be informed that when an invoice is re-issued there is a charge of 10 euro (excl VAT) per invoice.
