How do I request a refund from my EuroDNS prepaid account?

In order to request a refund please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your EuroDNS account and click on the account icon (ID number).
  2. Go to BILLING and click on REFUNDS > + NEW REFUND REQUEST.
  3. Select the request type (full or partial refund). If partial, please enter the amount to be refunded.
  4. Click on SUBMIT REFUND REQUEST.
