We strongly recommend that you set your domains to auto-renew mode, this will avoid possible issues or additional charges.

In order to set a domain to auto-renew mode, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your EuroDNS account and click on DOMAIN NAMES.
  2. Select the domain name.
  3. Select option Auto-Renew in Action, at the foot of the page.
  4. Select option Selected domains in Scope, at the foot of the page.
  5. Click on Run bulk operation.

IMPORTANT:

You can set a domain in auto-renewal mode seven days (at the latest) before the Renew Before date.
Please ensure that your EuroDNS credit account has enough funds to cover the auto-renewals or that the credit card saved in your EuroDNS account is current and set as default.
